Bible, The (or The Holy Scripture)
1. The holy scripture of the Christian faith divinely inspired by God Himself, the most important parts of which are the Old Testament and the Book of Revelations. The Bible includes countless lessons of wisdom from Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, including the following:

Luke 6:31
Do harm unto others if you suspect they might one day possibly do harm unto you.

Matthew 19:24
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich Liberal to enter the kingdom of God.

Matthew 5:39
Turn the other cheek in order to avert your eyes and mind from the suffering of the poor and the carnage of war.

Mark 12:31
Hate thy homosexual neighbor. There is no other commandment greater than this.

Matthew 5:7
Blessed are the merciful bringers of shock and awe, for they will be shown mercy.

Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the war makers, for they will be called sons of God.

Matthew 5:10
Blessed are those who persecute other people in the name of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven.

Luke 6:36
Be merciful to people who look and think exactly like you, just as your Father is merciful to people who look and think exactly like Him.

As the Bible's length is intimidating to many otherwise willing readers, an abridged version of the Scripture is available, which captures all the knowledge of God's laws, lessons for living, and His endless love into one single verse:

Leviticus 18:22
Thou shalt not lie with a man as with a woman; it is an abomination.

bipartisanship
1. A spirit of cooperation in the U.S. government when Republicans make the gracious invitation for Democrats to accept their policies without argument after such policies are drafted and finalized by Republicans behind closed doors.

As such, President Bush is celebrated for consulting God and his gut when determining the best course of action for our nation at home and abroad.

3. The leader of the Good side in our current battle against the Evil side. Which side are you on?

4. The Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man cometh unto the Father except through Him.
